Holy Cross Ministries’ mission is responding to the underserved community’s need for health and well-being, and we couldn’t do this without the help of our committed and compassionate volunteers. HCM offers a wide variety of meaningful volunteer opportunities, from one-time activities to group projects to ongoing volunteer service and internships. 

We have five diverse program areas that greatly benefit from volunteer service: early childhood education, health outreach, mental health counseling, legal immigration and general non-profit administration. Volunteer activities within these areas include, but are not limited to, serving as a classroom aid and helping with lesson planning for our School Readiness preschool classroom, assisting with document translation (Spanish to English) and providing clerical on-site support to our legal team or HCM’s community health workers.
