Holy Cross Ministries receives Promontory Foundation grant

Holy Cross Ministries was recognized as a first-time grant recipient at the Promontory Foundation’s Happiest Hour Grant Reception on Aug. 25 at the Promontory Club in Park City.

This grant will help sustain Holy Cross Ministry’s community health worker doula, who works alongside the women’s health team at People’s Health Clinic to support uninsured and underserved mothers throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period. Through prenatal and postpartum education, breastfeeding and nutrition support, resource navigation, advocacy and connections to mental health and other essential services, the doula helps mothers navigate barriers to care and build healthy beginnings for their families.

The Promontory Foundation’s 2026 grants, totaling $500,000, were distributed across 45 local organizations, including Holy Cross Ministries, People’s Health Clinic, the Alf Engen Ski Museum, Ballet West, Christian Center of Park City, Kimball Art Center, National Ability Center, Peace House and Youth Sports Alliance.

The Promontory Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Promontory Club, a private luxury mountain community located in Park City. Established in 2006, the foundation’s primary mission is to match the generosity of Promontory Club members with the needs of non-profit organizations serving Park City and the surrounding Summit and Wasatch counties.
